Support for Tomcat 10 and Jakarta EE

OpenCms 22 is available in two variants built from the same code base: a Jakarta variant for Tomcat 10, and a legacy Java EE 8 variant for existing Tomcat 9 installations. Projects that use standard OpenCms functionality simply pick the variant that matches their servlet container. Custom modules that reference servlet APIs directly usually need only an import change from javax.servlet to jakarta.servlet when they move to the Jakarta variant. OpenCms 23, planned for April 2027, will be Jakarta-only, so this release is the time to test your modules with the Jakarta variant.
