Church service lists can also be exported as PDF files. The selection of church services displayed is made via a list configuration. The displayed list of church services can be exported directly. CSV export is also possible.
Church services have a special field called Intention, which is only displayed in PDF and CSV exports.
For data protection reasons, an export list should only be accessible via a password-protected area and not on public websites.
To configure the PDF or CSV export, you first have to create a new list. The following settings need to be made in the list content:
- Content type: Select “PDF/CSV export church cervice teaser” here.
- Title: The title of the list will be displayed as the header in the PDF output.
- Fixed period: In the “Advanced” tab, under “Time range filter,” you can specify the period from... to... for which the church services are to be displayed.
- You can also make additional settings (e.g., filter by categories or folders).
When you drag the list to a page, select the “Church service PDF/CSV export list” formatter in the list's element settings. Otherwise, the list will not be displayed.
The list's element settings also allow you to select how the individual entries are displayed. This allows you to change the date format or show or hide the Direktorium, for example.
The generated list then allows you to export the displayed church services using the “Download as PDF” or “Download as CSV” buttons.
