The Teaser background element setting can be used to set the background color of entries in lists with masonry or text tile teaser. The same element setting can also be used to add a shadow.

The text tile teaser displays the elements of the list side by side in several columns.
The elements are always displayed at the same height to achieve a calmer appearance than, for example, with the masonry teaser.
The text tile teaser can also display images (despite its name). This is controlled via an element setting.
