Source site

The source site shows on detail pages the site from which the displayed content originates.

This feature is specifically designed for detail pages that display content loaded from other (sub)sites.

In this case, the content of the other site is displayed on your own site. The user usually cannot see where the content originally comes from.

This function adds a corresponding marker with a link to the site from which the content was loaded.

If the displayed content does NOT come from another site, nothing is displayed in the online view. A note with an orange background is displayed in the editor.

Usage example: The website “Alpha” also displays the messages from its partner website “Beta” in its list of messages. However, in the detail view of such a message, it should be clearly recognizable that this message is not from “Alpha” but from “Beta.”
