Examples for the teaser display in lists
The element setting Teaser headline is only relevant for SEO optimization. These settings do not change the font size of the heading, only the generated HTML.
That is why the options for headings are “ Great Importance”, “ Little Importance”, etc. and NOT “ Large” and “ Small.”
This is to prevent the “size” of the heading from being used to design the page, e.g., with the idea that “more fits on one line.”
In lists, there is an additional element setting for Teaser display. This allows you to vary the text display of the headings in the list.
In lists, the lead stories can optionally be shortened on mobile devices. Only the headline, date, and image (if available) are then displayed, but not the introductory text.
This reduces the need for users to scroll through long lists with lots of text on mobile devices.
This option is controlled via the “Teaser display ” element setting of the list. If this is available, there is an additional option called “Reduced - Mobile shortened”.
