In order to be able to use these settings optimally, advanced technical understanding and knowledge of HTML and CSS are helpful.
To display content sections as tiles in a particularly flexible way, there is a special layout row for tile elements. These require specific formatters.
Tiles in a row for tile elements behave differently in responsive display. Unlike “normal” rows, the number of elements in the row for tile elements is not fixed. Instead, any number of tiles can be placed in the row. The tiles “flow” dynamically into multiple lines if necessary.
The order of the tiles within the row for tile elements can be determined using drag and drop.
The spacing between the individual tiles can also be determined using an element setting at the row for tile elements.
Available formatters
The formatter image tile places the image of the content section in the background and shows the text above it. If a link is set, the entire tile is linked by default.
This formatter variant can only be used in the row for tile elements.
The formatter image / text flipping card displays the content section similar to an image tile, which automatically rotates with an animation and displays the text when selected.
This formatter variant can only be used in the row for tile elements.
