List of places on a map with radius search

The map display with radius search can now also be used for lists of locations/POIs. The settings for the map display have also been expanded.

Places can also be combined with people and organizations on the map.

Part of the Mercury Extension Package

This feature is not included in the open source version of the Mercury template, but is part of the Mercury Extension Package from Alkacon Software. Please contact us if you are interested in our Mercury extensions.

As part of this project, the element settings for the “Dynamic List: Map Search” formatter have also been expanded:

  • All filters displayed to the left of the map can now be hidden individually.
  • If all filters are hidden, the map is automatically widened to fill the space of the (empty) filter column.
  • The display of the line “... results found” below the map can now be hidden optionally.
  • The “Elements per page” setting has been added to the dynamic list. This allows the number of hits displayed simultaneously in the list to be adjusted.
  • The “Loading of additional pages” and “Pagination position" settings have also been added. This now allows a list with a scroll function to be displayed below the map as an alternative.
