Lists with image tile teasers now support the 9:16 image format. This allows portrait media and images to be displayed appropriately within a list.
Image tiles in smartphone portrait format
The new portrait format is available for the “Image tile media teaser”, “Image tile article teaser”, “Image tile event teaser” and “Image tile decoy teaser” formatters. The number of tiles per row and the configured spacing remain unchanged. Only the tiles’ aspect ratio changes.
In the list’s element settings, select “9:16 - Smartphone (Portrait)” under “Image format”. The list must use image tile teasers.
Unlike an individually placed Media element, the list does not offer Small, Medium and Large options. The width of each tile is determined by the list’s grid. The portrait format applies to all screen sizes.
Note: In portrait format, all image tiles are displayed at the same size. The “Image tile display” setting remains visible, but options that enlarge the first tile have no effect when this format is selected.
