The Notice field can be enabled or disabled via the Show Notice element setting. By default, the note is displayed.
The new field can be found in the form editor on the Further Information tab.
The Note field can be used, for example, to specify the name of a company or department directly in the person record. However, this should only be used in exceptional cases; if possible, a separate organization should be created and linked to the person.
The person “Markus Mustermensch” below demonstrates the use of the new ‘Notice’ field for a person. Here, the name of the organization, “Musik und Klang GmbH,” is entered in the “Notice” content field. No organization content is linked.
For direct comparison, the name of the organization is loaded from the linked organization content for the person “Maxi Musterfrau.”
There are no visible differences between the two versions in the display. However, structured SEO data is also generated invisibly for the person. Here, the SEO data for the organization is correctly included for “Maxi Musterfrau,” whereas it is missing for “Markus Mustermensch.”
