Deleting linked contents for editors without administrator privileges

Previously, editors were unable to delete linked content in OpenCms. This was restricted to administrators.

A global setting has been changed to allow all editors with write permissions for the content to delete it, even if it is linked. The delete dialog displays, for informational purposes, the contents that will contain invalid links after deletion.
