User groups can be opened directly from the permissions dialog box.

The user list of the groups displayed in the „Permissions“ dialog can now be opened directly from the dialog. This makes it easier to determine whether a specific user has access to a folder. This option is only displayed to users with administrator rights.

When the permissions dialog is opened by an administrator, the set permissions are displayed in three tabs:

  • Current permissions
  • Inherited from parent folders
  • Resource permissions

Under “Inherited from parent folders” and “Resource permissions,” the names of assigned groups can be displayed (among other things).

Clicking on the magnifying glass icon on the right-hand side of the group opens the dialog box with the user list, as it also appears in the Launchpad app “User Management.” This dialog box with the user list opens as an overlay ‘above’ the “Permissions” dialog box.

In the dialog box with the user list, new users can be added to the list or users can be removed from the list.
