Set the “Robots” meta tag individually for each page

The meta tag “Robots” can now be set individually for each page. This allows individual pages to be hidden from search results.

Use of the “Robots” meta tag

The Robots meta tag enables a page-specific approach, specifying how a particular page should be indexed by search engines and displayed to users in search results.

The default setting for all pages is index, follow. By selecting the value noindex, nofollow for Robots, search engines are instructed not to display this page in search results.

Set “Robots” for normal pages

For normal pages (container pages), the value for Robots can now be set by adding the Meta Info content element to the page.

Set “Robots” for detail pages

For detail pages, the value for Robots can now be set directly in the detail content, e.g., in an article under Text adjustments > Adjusted meta information for social media and SEO.
