Detail pages are a technically sensitive concept. If they are created by inexperienced users, incorrect mappings, display issues, or even broken content can occur quickly. The new role restriction ensures that only trained or responsible users can access these settings. This keeps the overall configuration stable and allows editors to focus on their actual work.
With a new global option, the visibility of the “Detail Pages” tab in the sitemap editor can now be tied to a specific role.
Only users with this role will see the “Detail Pages” tab. If this role is configured, for example, as “Template Developer” or “Root Administrator,” regular editors will no longer see the tab at all.
This makes it possible to restrict the creation of detail pages to specific user groups.
