Font Awesome is one of the most popular icon collections worldwide, used by millions of designers, developers, and content creators. Font Awesome is available in a free and a paid “Pro” version. Mercury provides the free version.
The Font Awesome Solid collection includes all free “solid” icons from version 6.4.2 of the popular Font Awesome.
To use an icon, use the name of the icon from the list below.
Also, add the prefix fas- to the name. For example, fas-apple-whole instead of just apple-whole. Adding fas- before the name identifies the desired icon as a “Font Awesome Solid icon.”
You can simply click on the icon you have selected in the list. The name of the selected icon is then transferred to the “search slot” with the required fas- prefix. You can then copy and paste the name to the desired location.
You can use the icons from this collection anywhere you can select an icon by specifying a name, e.g., in the link sequence or with the Icon Box Formatter.
Please note that the use of icon CSS classes such as <i class="fa fa-icon"> in the HTML source code is NOT supported for these icons.
