Creates a table of contents from all elements in the newsletter.

Available element settings
Background color (Select box)
Sets the background color for the content.
Top spacing (Select/combo box)
Sets the spacing of the element to the top.
If the default "Automatic" does not produce results to your liking, you can also set the spacing manually.
Display (Select box)
Heading (Text input)
Specifies which heading is displayed above the table of contents.
If this is not set, “Table of Contents” is used as the default.
Headline display (Select box)
Sets how the heading is displayed.
Bottom spacing (Select/combo box)
Sets the spacing of the element to the bottom.
