St. Remigius

The church, built in the classical style, was consecrated in 1830. In 1901, the church and sacristy annex underwent extensive renovation and refurbishment, and the rededication took place on July 5, 1904. Since then, the church has been dedicated to Saint Remigius. In 1971, architect Hannsjosef Schäfer carried out a renovation, which once again resulted in a redesign.
Kirche im Winter

In 1998, the church was renovated once again, with new colour accents added and some of the furnishings rearranged. Since then, the nave columns have been painted light pink, the Virgin Mary on the crescent moon has been moved from a free-standing column to the right-hand column of the altar area, and the statue of St. Remigius has been moved from the wall of the north aisle to the nave column at the same height. Three sculptures were added to the altar canopy, and the processional cross, which had since served as the altar cross, was replaced by a fork cross with a crucifixion group.
