List

The list displays selected content elements in list form.

The content is selected in the list's form editor. A number of options can be used to specify which elements are shown in the list.

The search criteria for the content are set in the form editor of the list. There, a variety of options can be used to specify how which elements are to be shown in the list.

Example list, displayed with the formatter "Dynamic list" and "Text tile teasers".

The dynamic list allows additional results to be reloaded without reloading the entire web page.

Optionally, you can flip between the pages of the list or attach newly loaded pages.

The static list only shows the preset number of found elements on exactly one page.

The content filters allow the user to interactively limit the results of a dynamic list. The following filters are available:

  • Full text search (in the list results)
  • Filter by categories
  • Filter by date
  • Filter by storage folder

The calendar filter allows the user to interactively limit the results of a dynamic list. One calendar page per month is displayed. Days on which results were found are highlighted in the calendar sheet. The user can flip backwards and forwards through the months. For each day, the number of results for that day can optionally be shown.

The sort options bar allows the user to limit the results of a dynamic list interactively. Select boxes are displayed with which the sorting of the results can be chosen. It is also possible to limit the results according to categories.

The news sitemap is a special form of the list in which the collected contents are prepared as news sitemap XML independently of the set teaser.

The RSS feed is a special form of the list in which the collected contents are prepared as RSS independently of the set teaser.

Church services can be exported as PDF or CSV via a special list. The selection of the services to be exported is done via the list configuration. The list to be exported can be shown in a preview.

Map search is a special list formatter exclusively made for the Organization, Person, POI, and Contact information element types.

Provided that elements of the four types mentioned are consequently enriched with GPS coordinates, those elements cannot only be displayed with textual teasers but also with an interactive searchable map.

Clicking on a marker in the interactive map opens a pop-up window with detail information.

One can search for locations and contacts via a radius search, a text search, and via category filters.

Download lists use the Dynamic or Static list formatters in combination with special download teasers. These generate a special type of list that is particularly suitable for downloading documents such as PDFs, texts, or images.

The teaser type for the list is defined in the form editor. This determines the appearance and other functions of the list. If the list contains content elements of different types, they must all use the same teaser type.
